ABC's and 123's

Welp, I've once again found must-have items at West Elm and Crate and Barrel. Shocking, I know. Even more shocking is that they both have the same block print theme...whowuddathunk?!

First off, the Numbers Rug from West Elm. The neutral color tames the pattern so it's not too daring or overwhelming. At $759, you can get a 9' x 11'. Unfortunately grey doesn't work in my apartment but who knows, maybe they'll come out with other colors one day.

C&B's offering is the Alpha Coffee Table. Their website says it was inspired by a find at a French flea market. I think you'd be better off finding real vintage printers' blocks and inlaying them on a more reasonably priced table than shelling out $900 for the Alpha, but maybe that's just me. Nonetheless, I love the graphic design and warm tones...if only they could combine the colors of the table with the rug above!
