Here are the pics of the dining room that I mentioned yesterday. I decided the other day to leave the table set all the time. Now I can enjoy the table on a regular basis instead of only when we have dinner guests.
Most everything was purchased this weekend, with the exception of the plates (from Crate & Barrel) and the chargers (old vinyl records we spray painted). Instead of participating in Black Friday sales, we went to all the places that DIDN'T have Black Friday. I've never seen shorter lines!!
The placemats, napkins, and napkin rings came from Linens 'n Things which is going out of business and practically giving things away. The tree candle holders are from TJ Maxx's clearance section (I painted them gold) and I already had the sticks in the napkin rings. All in all, it was an easy and affordable table setting.
Now all I need are table runners and candles. Let me know if you have any suggestions.
